Richard Snow, Technical Director
- Started out in the original Electrogear in 1988. Then 4 years at IBM as a shift leader
- Contracted from 1995 as an electrical and electronic prototype technician
- Worked globally in many roles
- Moved into Production and Quality management for the last 10 years
- Then resurrected the Electrogear name in February 2021

Darrin Laishley, Business Development Director
Darrin Laishley - Business Development Director
- Time served British Rail apprentice
- 6 years British Rail electronics technician
- Contracting since 1994 as a Limited company as an electrical and electronic prototype technician
- Worked globally in many roles
- Roles included assembly, installation, test, commissioning, quality and supervisory
- Became a partner in Electrogear in September 2021

James Clark, Head of Operations
- Obtained HND in Electronics and communications and employed as technician/project engineer from 1999-2013 specializing in large Marine Electronics Systems
- Worked globally throughout engineering career, including offshore installation projects, delivered into the energy sector
- Project management specialist (APM Chartered member and APM PPQ qualified)
- Employed in project management since 2013, including as Senior Project manager at ULTRA Electronics since 2021
- Projects managed include Surveillance and Security systems, Aviation controller workstation recording and secure data-links
- Became Head of Operations at Electrogear in January 2024

Louise Rigby - Office Manager
- Started career in the Women’s Royal Navy
- Studied with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development becoming a Fellow of the Institute in 1997
- Worked with several Global. Medium and small sized companies in a number of industries including Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear, Automotive and Maritime Industries.
- Decided to leave last position as HR Director to undertake a sabbatical and travel the world.
- On returning to the UK joined Electrogear in 2023.

Simon Daniels - Shopfloor Supervisor
- Simon started in Del La Rue in ’94 as a mechanical fitter quickly moving into the wiring department
- He spent the next 19 years contracting for various companies
- Duties including mechanical prototyping and wiring of military vehicles, civil aviation aircraft
- Involved in the new 3G telecommunications systems, supporting and assisting installation in Germany, Sweden and Ireland
- Took a permanent job with Eaton Aerospace as a fitter/tester for the A380 Airbus including military and other civil aircraft
- Left Eaton to go to Saab Seaeye then from there to Meggit and now to Electrogear
Scott Jones - Head of Business Development
- Strong experience in electronic manufacturing, specializing in PCB and cable assembly, product development, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and offering tailored solutions in the tech and electronics sectors.
- Extensive experience as a Google Premier Partner, utilizing advanced tools and digital marketing strategies to enhance client ROI and online presence.
- Skilled in negotiating high-value deals, managing key accounts, and expanding customer portfolios for ElectroGear Solutions.
- Passionate about fostering collaboration, mentoring sales teams, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Pablo Clark - Office Mascot
- Pablo started at the company with James in January 2024
- He has quickly settled into his role as office Mascot greeting customers with a friendly wag of the tail
- Pablo has his sights set on the role of "Head of Wellbeing and Office Morale", which are very much encouraging
